TONKOTSU RAMEN

Our Tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen is a creamy, yet light homemade pork bone broth using high quality meats and bones cooked for over 30 hours with organic vegetables. The noodles are homemade with an original recipe using specially selected flours and Japan patent “lactic acid fermented koji (wheat malt)” adding umami and texture. Homemade chashu (pork belly) is used to top it off, bringing the ramen together and perfectly balanced.

MISO RAMEN
Our Miso ramen uses our special miso blend with Japanese Hokkaido miso and specially marinated garlic. The miso is blended in with our homemade pork bone broth. The noodles are homemade with an original recipe using specially selected flours and Japan patent “lactic acid fermented koji (wheat malt)” adding umami and texture. Homemade chashu (pork belly) is used to top it off, bringing the ramen together and perfectly balanced.

VEGGIE RAMEN
Our Veggie ramen is made with organic vegetables, kombu (kelp) dashi, and gluten-free soy sauce. It is an all vegan ramen with lots of nutrition and flavor in the broth. The noodles are homemade with an original recipe using specially selected flours and Japan patent “lactic acid fermented koji (wheat malt)” adding umami and texture.

GYUKOTSU RAMEN
Our Gyukotsu (beef bone) ramen is the most unique yet. With the challenge of perfecting a beef ramen, came this beef bone ramen with specially made black pepper infused ramen noodles that pairs perfectly with the beef in this ramen. The beef bone broth is made for over 30 hours with high quality beef bones and organic vegetables.
